Greetings fellow paddlers, I was elected as the new PNWORCA Vice President at my very first PNWORCA membership meeting!  I learned to be careful when you leave the room (never during the election process!). But seriously, I hope that I can contribute something that will bring value to the organization and benefit to all of the member clubs.  I am a member and current President of Mountain Home Canoe Club in Portland and have been paddling since about 2004.

I look forward to serving with the new executive committee and hope that you will contact us with your thoughts and ideas of how we can work together to promote the sport of outrigger canoe racing and the culture from which it comes.  Don’t know what PNWORCA does or who we are? – please ask! See you on the water!
